French toast, but not for everyone...
French toast is a recipe which is not necessarily one of the most popular, even if it tends to come back among the best of the moment! For the record, French toast means that a bread half stale or a little hard could still be eaten by preparing it with liquid foods (milk, light cream, etc.) to make a simple and delicious dessert!
One of the simplest recipes to make, all you need is an egg, your Whey protein, a little almond milk, a slice of sandwich bread and your favorite topping ( peanut butter , spread, chocolate, etc.).
🥣 Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 30 grams of YAM Nutrition whey of your choice
- 1 tablespoon of almond milk
- 1 slice of white bread (50 g – your choice)
- Sweet or savory toppings (optional)

- Mix all ingredients in a bowl
- Dip the slice of bread on both sides
- Hot pan
