The man behind YAM Nutrition

Double qualified Coach and Master Coach from the Institute of Applied Neurosciences in Paris, Christophe Bonnefont has been involved in the world of sport and fitness for over 30 years.

A triple black belt – in Wado-Ryu Karate, Taekwondo and Full-Contact – he has marked his career with an impressive list of achievements: 2 French Champion titles, 2 European Champion titles and a 5th place in the World Championship.
Driven by a passion for discipline, rigor and a healthy lifestyle, he has always been keen to pass on these values.

After opening two food supplement stores, the next step was obvious: create your own brand.

In 2015, YAM Nutrition (then called Anabolic Supplements ) was born, a brand designed to bring the best to athletes.
Since then, history has been written every day with more than 57,000 satisfied customers who share the same values ​​of high standards and passion.

Today, its ambition has not changed: to push the limits of quality and give you the means to go further.

10 years, a story

  • The meeting that changes everything

    In 2016, Christophe crossed paths with Don Pierre Albertini – passionate about his products – who asked him for physical coaching.


    45 days of intense training later, Christophe discovered in this former osteopath who became an author, entrepreneur and speaker, the same discipline and the same thirst for excellence that had always driven him.
    From this meeting was born a friendship and a collaboration that shaped the future of YAM: Christophe imagined the innovations, Don Pierre carried the voice of the brand.

  • The Greenbull Turning Point

    In 2023, YAM Nutrition joined Greenbull Group , a conglomerate of companies active in education, real estate, finance, media and consumer goods.
