What are your opening hours?
Our teams respond to you as quickly as possible from Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Outside of these hours, we do everything we can to process your requests as quickly as possible.

It depends on the products, but we do have products that suit all diets.

What is the difference between dietary supplements and medications?
Dietary supplements provide nutrients to support well-being without therapeutic effects. Medications, on the other hand, treat or prevent disease and require medical approval.
The product I want is no longer available, what should I do?
Contact customer service to find out its return date or enter your email in the "notify me when it's back in stock" tab: a notification will be sent to you as soon as you can order it.

How to place an order on the site?
Simply add your products to your cart and then pay for the order on the payment page.
Can I modify my order after validation?
No, it is not possible to modify it after validation. If in doubt, send a message to customer service: contact@yam-nutrition.com
How to use a promo code?
In your shopping cart, simply note the promo code in the box provided for this purpose.
How do I know if my order has been taken into account?
Once your order is placed, you will land on a confirmation page. Your order number and order tracking information will also be emailed to you.

What are your delivery times?
On average, delivery takes place within 24/48 business hours via Chronopost. You can also choose to have your order delivered to a collection point.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free for orders over €79. After that, shipping costs depend on where you want your order delivered.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide, shipping prices simply vary depending on the destination.
Can I track my package in real time?
Yes, when you order we will send you a tracking link.

Returns & Refunds
My product arrived broken, what should I do?
Send your order details and any necessary photos to YAM Nutrition Customer Service (the tab at the bottom right of the homepage).
What are the deadlines for returning a product?
The product to be exchanged or refunded must be returned to the Seller in its entirety and in its original packaging, within 14 days to the following address: Côte d'Azur Routage, 16ème Rue, 06510 – CARROS.
Who pays the cost of returning a product?
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. If you have any doubts, please send your request to our customer service, including your order number, email address, and, if applicable, photos.
How to get a refund?
