🥣 Ingredients
- 3 whole eggs
- 50g of honey or sweetener of your choice that can withstand cooking
- 80g of organic applesauce with no added sugar
- 80g sweet potato flour Yam Nutrition
- 50 g of ground almonds
- 2 small pears or 1 large ripe pear
- 50g sugar-free chocolate pastilles
- 1/2 sachet of gluten-free or chemical yeast
🥄 Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200°C
- Mix the eggs
- honey
- compote
- sweet potato flour and ground almonds.
- Wash the pears
- peel them carefully and cut them into cubes.
- Pour the batter into a pie dish lined with parchment paper
- Place the pear cubes
- pressing them slightly into the dough.
- Sprinkle the tart with chocolate chips broken into 2 or 3 pieces.
- Bake for 25 minutes at 180°C
- Once cooled enough
- serve your pear tart and enjoy immediately. If there is any leftover
- it will keep perfectly in the refrigerator.
