A porridge with Whey protein for its soft and irresistible texture!

For those who are not familiar with this delicious recipe, porridge is a mixture of oat flakes and milk that is naturally rich in protein , slow-digesting carbohydrates and B vitamins. Porridge can be enjoyed cold or hot, depending on your preferences... Almond milk is ideal if you are vegan but you can also use semi-skimmed milk. Obviously, Rose Fitcook's recipe is ideal for breakfast but it can also be enjoyed as a snack instead of a Gainer if you are gaining mass... ✨ 30 grams of oat flakes
✨ 150 ml of almond milk
✨ 35 grams of whey caramel

Recipe :

1️⃣ Heat the milk + oats over low heat
2️⃣ Let it thicken gently in a saucepan
3️⃣ Off the heat, add the whey and mix well
4️⃣ Refrigerate for a nice dense texture ❄️
