Sweet or savory (with a nice fresh cheese), sports bread fits into all diets, whether omnivorous or vegetarian. Store in a dry place like any other bread, don't hesitate to share this recipe with your loved ones by making them delicious toast!
Ingredients :
• 100 grams of spelt flour 🌾
• 70 grams of YAM Nutrition sweet potato flour 🍠
• 30 g of Whey Cookie YAM
• 1 sachet of baker's yeast ✨
• 60 g of sugar-free compote 🍏
• 100 ml of warm milk 🥛
• 1 tablespoon of skyr (~20 g) 🥄
• 40 g of raisins 🍇
• 1 egg 🥚
• 1 pinch of salt 🧂
Recipe :
1. Mix all the ingredients (let the baker's yeast sit with a little water for 5 minutes beforehand)
2. Let stand for 30 minutes to 1 hour so that the dough can homogenize slowly (this is better but not mandatory)
3. Pour everything into a mold
4. Heat for 15 to 20 minutes at 180°C
5. Let the bread cool for the necessary time and enjoy!
