🥣 Ingredients

  • 100 g of sweet potato flour YAM Nutrition 🍠
  • 60 g of mixed flakes 🌾
  • 40 g of Whey Caramel YAM 🍯
  • 1 sachet of baker's yeast 🟤
  • 40 g of almond milk 🥛
  • 1/2 apple
  • finely blended 🍏
  • 2 whole eggs 🥚
  • 10 g of coconut oil 🥥
  • 4 squares of dark chocolate to insert before cooking 🍫

🥄 Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour the mixture into a mold
  3. Add the chocolate pieces
  4. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 10 to 12 minutes
