🥣 Ingredients
- 100 g of sweet potato flour YAM Nutrition 🍠
- 60 g of mixed flakes 🌾
- 40 g of Whey Caramel YAM 🍯
- 1 sachet of baker's yeast 🟤
- 40 g of almond milk 🥛
- 1/2 apple
- finely blended 🍏
- 2 whole eggs 🥚
- 10 g of coconut oil 🥥
- 4 squares of dark chocolate to insert before cooking 🍫
🥄 Preparation
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mixture into a mold
- Add the chocolate pieces
- Bake in the oven at 180°C for 10 to 12 minutes
