If you have a bunny-shaped mold, now's the time to use it for a fun twist. The recipe works just as well in a classic round mold. Light and delicious, this Banana Bread chocolate cake recipe will delight young and old alike...
🥣 Ingredients
- 230g ripe bananas (approx. 2) 🍌
- 1 banana for decoration 🍌
- 2 eggs 🥚
- 100g of vegetable milk (almond
- oat
- etc.) 🥛
- 2 tsp lemon juice or cider vinegar 🍋
- 100g of Whey Choco 🍫
- 125g YAM Nutrition sweet potato flour
- 5g of bicarbonate 🧪
🥄 Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C
- Mash the bananas and mix with the eggs
- milk and lemon.
- Add the whey
- flour and bicarbonate
- then mix well
- Pour half of the batter into a mold
- Add a good layer of toppings
- Cover with the remaining dough
- decorate with the sliced banana and more toppings.
- Bake for 35 to 45 minutes
- Let it cool… then enjoy!
