- 4 whole eggs
- 200g of white chocolate
- 60g of YAM Nutrition sweet potato flour
- 100g of petit suisse or skyr or cottage cheese
🥄 Preparation
- Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie.
- Off the heat
- add the skyr (or cottage cheese)
- egg yolks and sweet potato flour to the chocolate.
- Beat your egg whites until stiff
- then add them to the mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a mold greased with olive oil and bake in the oven at 180°C for 35 minutes.
