A simple and delicious recipe for protein-rich pancakes!
For this new wrap pancake recipe, sweet potato flour isn't the star. This time, it's replaced by powdered peanut butter. It will allow you to make beautiful pancakes rich in proteins whose taste will amaze you!

🥣 Ingredients
- 🥚 2 egg whites
- 🥜 30g of YAM defatted peanut butter powder
- 🥛 50 ml of unsweetened almond milk
- 🍖 1 slice of ham
- 🧀 20 g of mozzarella
- 🥩 40 g of 5% minced steak
- 🍅 1 tsp tomato paste
- 🧅 1/2 onion
🥄 Preparation
- Mix egg whites
- peanut butter powder
- and almond milk.
- Cook 2 pancakes.
- Brown the ground beef with the onions and tomato puree.
- Fill the first crepe with the meat and roll it up.
- Fill the second crepe with ham and mozzarella
- roll it up.
- Brown the rolls in the pan for one to two minutes.
