🥣 Ingredients

  • 🍌 1 very ripe banana
  • 🥚 2 eggs
  • 🥄 1 scoop of whey (vanilla
  • chocolate or other flavor – approx. 30g)
  • 🌾 30g of oat flakes (or oat flour)
  • 🧂 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 🍂 1 pinch of cinnamon (optional)
  • 🥛 30 to 50 ml of milk (vegetable or animal
  • depending on the texture of the dough)
  • 🥥 A little coconut oil or butter for cooking

🥄 Preparation

  1. In a blender
  2. combine the banana
  3. eggs
  4. whey
  5. oatmeal
  6. yeast
  7. and cinnamon.
  8. Mix until you get a smooth paste. Add a little milk if necessary.
  9. Heat a non-stick pan with a little coconut oil.
  10. Pour small ladles of batter to form pancakes.
  11. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes on each side
  12. until golden brown.

🍓 Topping suggestions

  1. White cheese + red fruits
  2. Peanut butter + banana slices
  3. Light maple syrup or honey
  4. Dark chocolate chips
