If you're looking for a warrior's breakfast recipe, you've come to the right place! Made with Big YAM, these high-protein pancakes are ideal before weight training. These small pancakes provide you with an adequate protein intake and are low in fat.
A pastry that comes to us from the USA, pancakes are a fluffy variation of our good sweet crepes. Prepared by our grandmothers for generations, crepes are thinner than pancakes. However, they are thicker and narrower. The sweet filling that covers them is quite similar to that of crepes. They can therefore be garnished with spread, fruit, red fruit coulis, or jam. However, pancakes are generally very low in protein. With our high-protein pancake recipe, you can now indulge while enjoying an extra boost of protein. A single pancake provides you with 25 grams of protein and 26 g of carbohydrates!
