200g of dark or white chocolate
150g applesauce
3 whole eggs

Healthy YAM Nutrition Chocolate Cake Recipe:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C.
- Melt your chocolate in a bain-marie over low heat.
- Separate the egg whites from the yolks and beat the egg whites until stiff.
- Off the heat, mix the melted chocolate with the egg yolks and the compote.
- Add the sweet potato flour and mix. Then, gently fold in the beaten egg whites.
- Grease your pan with coconut or olive oil and pour in your mixture. I recommend a small pan to ensure a thick cake.
- Place in the oven at 180°C for 30 minutes
